Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the ClickyBlox webshop.

2. Products
ClickyBlox sells educational toy products for children aged 3 and above. We do our best to display all product information, images, prices and specifications as clearly and accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, packaging or display may occur.
3. Prices and payment
All prices on the webshop are shown in euros. Prices include VAT where applicable. The exact VAT amount is calculated based on the country of destination and is clearly shown during checkout.
Any shipping costs are also clearly displayed before the order is completed.
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or other charges may apply. Unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout. An order will be processed once payment has been successfully completed.
4. Order confirmation
After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. The purchase agreement is formed once the order has been confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious error, misuse, payment issue or incorrect customer details.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped with UPS or another suitable carrier. Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days after the order date, potentially sooner. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days after receiving it, unless a legal exception applies. Products must be returned unused, complete and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
Returns can be requested through the customer account or by following our return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong product was delivered.

7. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible.
Please note that return shipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
If a product is returned damaged, used or incomplete, we may deduct a reasonable amount for loss of value.
8. Warranty
Every ClickyBlox product includes a 2-year warranty. This warranty applies to material and manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, careless handling, accidents or modifications to the product.
This commercial warranty does not affect the statutory rights of consumers. Customers are always entitled to a product that meets what they may reasonably expect from it.

9. Complaints
If a customer has a complaint about an order, delivery or product, they can contact us at info@clickyblox.com. We will do our best to handle complaints carefully and as quickly as possible.
10. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of our products or use that is not in accordance with the product information, safety instructions or age recommendation.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
11. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This policy explains which data we collect, why we collect it and how customers can exercise their privacy rights.
12. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version that applies at the time the order is placed will apply to that order.
13. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions and all orders placed through our webshop are governed by Dutch law.
