Product Information
What age is ClickyBlox suitable for?
ClickyBlox® is designed for children aged 3 years and older. Different sets support early literacy, counting, problem-solving, spatial reasoning and creative play.
Are ClickyBlox products safe for children?
Yes. ClickyBlox® products are tested to comply with recognised toy safety standards, including CE, EN71, UKCA and ASTM requirements.
What is the difference between the Core Sets and Challenge Cards?
Core Sets contain the magnetic learning blocks. Challenge Cards provide additional guided activities with fun facts and challenges that extend the play experience.
Can all ClickyBlox sets be combined?
Yes. The ClickyBlox® sets are designed to encourage open-ended play and can be used together for more creative learning activities.
Orders & Shipping
Can I track my order?
Yes. After your order is placed and paid, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code.
What are the delivery times and shipping costs?
Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed during the weekend are processed and shipped on Monday. We use UPS as our standard carrier.

Orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland, may be subject to import duties, local VAT and customs handling fees. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
What happens if UPS cannot deliver my parcel?
UPS first attempts delivery at the address provided by the customer. If home delivery is not possible, for example because the recipient is not available, UPS may deliver the parcel to the nearest UPS Access Point for collection.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been placed. If you are not satisfied after delivery, you can return your order according to our return policy.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be complete, undamaged and show no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
How do I return my order?
To submit a return request, first click the profile icon in the top right corner (My Account).
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the store and enter the verification code.
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner, then click on Orders and select the order you wish to return.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return.
- Choose a return reason and add a note if needed.
- Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with return instructions and a return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed according to our return policy.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
If a parcel is not collected or cannot be delivered after multiple delivery attempts, it will be returned to us by the carrier. Return shipping costs and any additional reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does a refund take?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we process refunds within 14 working days.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us at info@clickyblox.com and include photos of the damage. We will review your case and provide a suitable solution.
Do ClickyBlox products come with a warranty?
Yes. All ClickyBlox® products include a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

How do I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code during checkout before completing your payment.
