Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the ClickyBlox webshop.

1. Order confirmation and tracking

After placing and paying for your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code. You can use this code to follow the delivery status of your order.

2. Processing and dispatch

Orders placed on business days before 11:00 are shipped the same day.

Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Orders are shipped with UPS or another suitable carrier.

3. Delivery times

The expected delivery time depends on the country of destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures, holidays or peak periods.

UPS delivers on Saturdays in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Poland.

4. Shipping costs and return costs

Shipping costs, free shipping thresholds and return costs differ per country. The exact shipping costs are shown during checkout before the order is completed.

6. Orders outside the European Union

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or other charges may apply. Unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs procedures may affect the delivery time.

7. Incorrect address or failed delivery

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address during checkout.

If a package cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, incomplete or because the package is not collected in time, additional shipping costs may apply.
